Die Leitl Gruppe ist ein erfahrenes Entsorgungsunternehmen in Niederbayern. Tag für Tag beliefern sie Industrie-, Gewerbe- und Privatkunden mit Abroll- und Absetzcontainern, klassisch analog per Telefon und Fax.
Die Herausforderung:
Baustellenplanung findet heute digital statt, die Container-Logistik hinkt hinterher. Industrie-, Gewerbe- und Privatkunden stehen vor dem Problem: Passt der Container überhaupt auf das Gelände? Ist die Zufahrt breit genug? Und wer dokumentiert, wo genau der Container abgestellt werden soll, damit Fahrer oder Fahrerin nicht im Dunkeln tappt?
Eure Aufgabe
Entwickelt eine digitale Lösung, die einen Teil der Container-Journey abbildet: Von der Bedarfsanalyse über Bestellung und Verwaltung bis zur Abholung. Ein Beispiel: Eine AR-Funktion, mit der unsere Kundinnen und Kunden vor der Bestellung per Smartphone testen, ob und wo der Container passt, und diese Position direkt an das Lieferteam übermitteln.
Spielraum
Wie die Lösung genau aussieht, überlassen wir euch. Ob native App, Progressive Web App oder plattformübergreifendes Tool, ob zusätzliche Features wie Live-Tracking, Füllstandserkennung oder Bauchentsorgungs-Nachweis: Ihr entscheidet, was den größten Mehrwert schafft. Kreativität erwünscht!
The Client
The Leitl Group is a well-established waste management company in Lower Bavaria. Every day, they deliver roll-off and skip containers to industrial, commercial and private customers, mostly the old-school way, via phone and fax.
The Problem
Construction planning has gone digital, but container logistics hasn’t really caught up. Customers often face simple but critical questions:

Right now, this is often unclear or poorly documented, leaving drivers guessing on arrival.
Your Mission
Build a digital solution that improves (part of) the container journey:
from planning and ordering to placement and pickup.
Example idea:
An AR feature that lets customers use their smartphone to preview if and where a container fits on their site – and share that exact position directly with the delivery team.
